The FACTS Monthly Tuition Payment Plan is provided for students to be able to pay their current tuition and matriculation fees over the course of that semester. The FACTS Plan is to be used only for current semester tuition and matriculation fees. This plan is not to be used for paying off past balances, future balances, housing fees, or used as a semester loan.

Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary students have the option of using a monthly interest-free tuition payment plan. We use FACTS as our tuition payment provider. The payment plan is handled via electronic payment from your checking or savings account. Payments are processed on the 20th of each month until the balance due is paid in full. A $25 fee will be assessed for each missed payment.

January-Term Payment Option:
Students may include their J-term tuition with their fall or spring semester plans. Since the classes will be placed in official status upon enrollment, the Accounting Services office will check for adequate tuition coverage at the beginning of each semester and J-term. If tuition is not adequate, the class may be dropped from your account and credit will not be received.

Scholarship Information:
Only the following scholarships are accepted for reduction of your FACTS budgeted amounts. If you are receiving a scholarship from a source not listed below, do not reduce your tuition amount by the scholarship awarded (unless such scholarship amounts are received by the last day of registration). Upon receipt of the scholarship money, you may request a reduction to your FACTS payment plan.

Changes to the FACTS Payment Plan:
Any changes to your payment plan must be approved by the Accounting Services office no later than five business days prior to the next payment date. To submit your request, complete this form and fax it to (919) 761-2299 or return it to the Accounting Services office.

2+2 Deployment Students:
2+2 missionary students may enroll in the FACTS payment plan prior to their departure for the field and lock into the current hourly rates. In addition, 2+2 students may also make full payment prior to departure at the current tuition rates.



Doctor of Ministry Students:
Students enrolled in the Doctor of Ministry program have several payment options. By enrolling in the interest-free FACTS program, they are able to combine their seminars and context. learning classes into 6 month payments plans.
