Meet our Team

Beau Landers

Director

A native Texan, Beau is married to Sarah and has three children. He earned his PhD in Biblical Studies (emphasis in Theology) and ThM in Pedagogy from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, his MDiv from SEBTS, and his BA in Christian Studies from Ouachita Baptist University. Before joining the SEBTS staff, Beau served as a Teaching Pastor at a church in the North Dallas area for nearly a decade. His heartbeat is to help bridge the gap between the local church and the seminary by making theological education accessible and contextual.

Matthew Gilleskie

Associate Director of Church Partnerships

Matt is originally from Chapel Hill, NC, where he served as a youth minister at the church in which he grew up. He is a PhD student in biblical theology at Southeastern. In his current role, he is eager to help churches provide theological training for members and education for gospel workers. He is married to Anna and they have one daughter, Eleanor. They are members of Trinity Baptist Church in Chapel Hill.

Gracelyn Jones

Equip Network Coordinator

Gracelyn is originally from Wake Forest and became a student in Judson College in 2021. She is now working on completing her MA in Christian Studies to serve wherever God will have her.
