Theological Training in your Ministry Context

Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary believes that theological education is best done in partnership with the local church. The Equip Network empowers churches to offer the highest quality of theological training through mentorships and practicums. We wed the seminary experience with real-life ministry opportunities to provide students with the most integrative ministry training available.

Meet our Team

Beau Landers

Director

A native Texan, Beau is married to Sarah and has three children. He earned his PhD in Biblical Studies (emphasis in Theology) and ThM in Pedagogy from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, his MDiv from SEBTS, and his BA in Christian Studies from Ouachita Baptist University. Before joining SEBTS as the Director of Distance Learning, Beau served as a Teaching Pastor at a church in the North Dallas area for nearly a decade. His heartbeat is to help bridge the gap between the local church and the seminary by making theological education accessible and contextual.

Bradley Eaves

Associate Director

Bradley Eaves joined the Equip Network team as Associate Director in the Summer of 2023, having served at Southeastern in other roles since 2018. He is passionate about the intersection of theological education and the local church and seeing students trained theologically within the context of the ministries they serve. He earned his MDiv in Christian Ministries in 2021 and is currently in pursuit of a PhD in Systematic Theology. He originally hails from the great state of Mississippi. He’s been married to his sweet bride, Frances, since August of 2011, and they have two daughters.

Sarah Lindsay

Equip Network Coordinator

Sarah moved to Wake Forest in January of 2022 to study at SEBTS. During her time here, God has confirmed her passion for theological education in the context of the local church. As a result, Sarah is currently pursuing a Master’s of Arts in Christian Education in order to better partner with churches in discipleship and leader development. She is eager to serve churches and help equip them with the resources they need to develop healthy ministry leaders and disciples!
