Dec. 27, 2009 - Jan. 5, 2010
Join President Daniel Akin and Allan Moseley, professor of Old Testament and Vice President for Student Services, as they lead you on this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to see the Holy Land on this unique study tour experience.
Students will be able to get course credit as part of this tour and listen as Drs. Akin and Moseley teach at some of the most historic sites of ancient Christianity and Judaism. Alumni and friends of Southeastern are also especially welcome to experience this tour alongside our president.
Southeastern students receive a $1,000 scholarship to apply to the cost of this trip! All money is due by October 27, 2009. Because the tution cost is also waived for students taking the class for credit, the final cost for students is $2,380.
Among other sites, we will see the beautiful Mediterranean Coast, the Valley of Megiddo, and the Mount of Beattitudes. We will take a boat ride on the Sea of Galilee and navigate the crowded streets of Jerusalem, walking where Jesus walked from the Mount of Olives to the Temple Mount and more.
