Winter/Spring Tuition Due Date

• January 12, 2026 — Tuition for all students due

Important Notes:

• A $25 fee is assessed automatically with each registration change taking place after tuition deadlines (e.g., $25 per add, $25 per drop).
• Registration changes after February 11th are considered withdrawals.
• Students will remain financially liable for the full balance reporting on their student account.
• Tuition charges will not be reversed for withdrawals.

Refund Request Form — Used to receive an account overfunding in the form of direct deposit. Please follow the instructions in the form to sign up for an eRefund.
Sponsorship Agreement — Required if a sponsor will not make payment by tuition deadlines.

1098t Tax Document – HeartlandECSI, our 1098t processor. You will need to login or create a user profile to access your document.
Spouse or dependent refund — Required each term that this benefit is to be used.
