While you’re at Southeastern, we want your home to become a place of community and rest as you prepare for ministry. Whether you are single or married, with or without children, we offer affordable, safe, and comfortable housing on or near campus.
Housing isn’t one-size-fits-all. Single students might want the community of shared dorms or apartments — or prefer the quiet of a private apartment. Couples and families might want to apply for pet-friendly apartments or pick an apartment by a playground. And some students might be looking for part-time housing to fit their commute to campus or on-campus intensives.
We love that people come to Southeastern from all kinds of backgrounds and with all kinds of needs, and we want to help you find the housing option that will make you feel at home.
Start with the categories on the left — not all apartments are available for everyone, since we reserve the apartments with more bedrooms for larger families. These listings don’t include our missionary and short-term options.
* Single students ages 30-35 who share apartments or bedrooms must share with other students in that age range. (Single students older than 35 are not eligible for shared apartments.)
** Families with 2 children who are both 6 years or older and of the opposite genders also qualify for housing options available to families with 3+ children.
